As Janice worked her way into the health industry, an obstacle became an opportunity to grow and learn. Today, Janice is the Manager of Central Store Processing at Tri-Health where she disinfects, decontaminates and sterilizes instruments prior to any surgical procedure. This includes conducting quality checks that involve testing on materials that replicate the consistency of tissue and bone.
