Without a dad or close friends, Pat lived a very "alone life" that opened him up to negative influences when trying to connect with others. He had his first drink of alcohol when he was nine, he first smoked weed at 11 and he was a drug addict by 17 and homeless. Ten years later he found himself on LA's skid row weighing 96 pounds and ready to face his addictions. Pat gained the understanding that love and compassion is what others need in order to recover.
Today, Pat is over 17 years sober and helps others face their addictions through his 11:11 Intervention Inc and at Sober Living Oregon Recovery Center. Learn more about his amazing career and recovery on the Learn From Others podcast.
